I was truly happy at the end of last year to help Nadine and Justin plan their wedding. They had the original idea to celebrate this unique moment on December 31st. What better idea than to reunite family and friends to kick off the new year and also celebrate their love?
The decoration, the flowers, the white paper globes and the lights in blue and white hues reminded us that we were all attending a winter celebration.
The ceremony, cocktail and dinner were all taking place in the same venue. It was a great challenge to divide this huge loft to create an intimate space for the ceremony. The see-through curtains, dimmed light and candles did the trick to get the desired effect.
The cocktail and dinner spaces were left open in order to create a large festive space for the New Year’s celebration. The dinner was served as a buffet and the fact of having one long table helped create the less formal atmosphere that the couple wanted.
After a beautiful ceremony and a very satisfying dinner, the night went on until the early morning…way past the midnight countdown! The evening was a great success, congratulations to Nadine and Justin!
