I met Marie-Eve and Maxime during my first Let’s get married show in January 2013. I had no idea then that this wild wedding, that took place at the Jude Pomme orchard, would become one of my favorites !
I can now share the pictures with you as it has been published in the latest edition of Mariage Québec magazine. This wedding was also published on the blog Crazy in Love.
Marie-Eve and Maxime wanted an original venue and Marie-Eve absolutely wanted and outdoor wedding, including the dinner. I did mention to her that we were not in California but in Quebec where the number of perfect days were pretty rare, but she held her grounds! Well, Marie-Eve and Maxime must lead a god life because May 31st 2014 was one of those perfect days!
After visiting a few venues, we all fell in love with the orchard Jude Pomme in Oka !
The ceremony and cocktail were held on a hill where we had a great view of the whole blooming orchard.
A little close-up on the bride’s beautiful spring bouquet that I loved!
When exiting the ceremony, the guest were throwing paper planes over the newlywed’s heads as a little tribute to the fact that Marie-Eve is a flight attendant 🙂
For their guest book, they decided to put all the little notes from guests in a pinata that they will brake on their first wedding anniversary.
After the cocktail, guests headed to dinner where a long table was dressed between two rows of apple trees!
Once again, I just loved the centrepieces.
As well as the name tags. Look at the one they made for me 🙂
After dinner, everyone headed to the barn for dessert and the rest of the long evening!
This day and wedding was a really memorable one for me and I was really sad at the end of the evening to know that I would not be working with Marie-Eve and Maxime on this beautiful project. I was very lucky to get to know these two great people who love each other deeply. Thank you for trusting me and I wish you lots and lots of happiness!
