The ristorante Beatrice ( Bice ) is the ideal place to make a chic wedding that makes us dream of Italy in Montreal.
Sean and Andrea wanted a memorable but simple wedding, and that’s what we held in this dreamy setting, in the summer of 2014. The green wall, the draperies, the candles, the colorful flowers and the succulent food took us directly to la dolce vita.
Just before the ceremony, the bride had fun with her bridesmaids to immortalize the moment. For the occasion, the ladies wore lilac bustier dresses.
Then, the couple exchanged vows in the dining hall of the ristorante Beatrice where a delicate curtain acted as the backdrop.
Although the wedding was developed around the theme of simplicity, all the little details were not ignored. From flavoured water to the signature table, through the naked cake, small colourful flowers and candles on the tables, everything had been set up to magnify the decor.
Our favourite thing? The style of the bride! Her simple and delicate open back dress perfectly suited the theme. The newlyweds took advantage of the cocktail to go out and take beautiful photos in a peaceful and enchanting spot.
Idea to remember: The signature book was a Polaroid book. During the evening, one of the groomsmen was commissioned to take pictures of the guests. They could then go and write a note next to their names.
